Paul Mes is the Federation of Small Businesses Membership Consultant for South Bucks and East Berkshire and also runs his own business. Paul is the local FSB contact for anyone who wants to find out about the benefits of belonging to Britain’s biggest business support organisation. In a voluntary capacity he has also worked on FSB campaigns to support the local business community.

In his own business, Paul represents Active Links, an international organisation that helps patent owners in the IT field to realise the value of their intellectual property by arranging to market it to interested parties around the world.

Ceri-Jane is Managing Director of Cerub PR, a consumer PR agency established in 2003. Based on London Road, High Wycombe, Cerub PR specialises in raising awareness of its clients’ products and services through media publicity. Before founding Cerub PR, Ceri-Jane spent 10 years working in London agencies and also as a press officer for a national charity.

Phil Stebbings

Since 1988 Phil Stebbings has been Senior Partner of Flackwell Financial Services, which relocated to Wooburn Green in 2001. The Company has 4 advisers and 3 administrators and deals with all aspects of financial planning. Before founding the company, Phil spent 17 years with a high street building society.

Heather Martin

Heather Martin is the founder of Selleck Testing. She has spent her career within the electrical contracting industry and since 1989 has specialised in helping companies comply with the Electricity at Work Regulations, by delivering specific and affordable electrical testing solutions.

A committed and enthusiastic networker, she has built a successful business by incorporating effective networking into her Marketing Strategy. She believes that creating positive business relationships locally is an effective and profitable marketing tool for any size business.

Paul is a Chartered Certified Accountant and Registered Auditor. He is a Partner in Fish Partnership, a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Loudwater. Paul specialises in advising owner managed businesses and subsidiary companies of overseas groups about their accounting, taxation and business requirements,. Paul also acts as a treasurer to a large welfare charity in Reading, which gives him a good insight into charity issues.

Catherine MacArthur
